Bacon Wrapped Little Smokies

Bacon Wrapped Little Smokies are delicious and perfect for any Holiday party or family gathering!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of Bacon
  • 1 1/2 lb pack of Little Smokies (24 oz)
  • 2/3 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp BBQ Rub

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and grease a large baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Cut bacon into 3rds. Wrap a piece of bacon around a little smoky and place in the greased baking dish.
  • Once all of the little smokies are wrapped in bacon sprinkle them with 1 tbsp bbq rub and 2/3 cup of brown sugar.
  • Bake at 375 for about 40-45 minutes or until bacon gets crispy.

Notes

This recipe makes 48 bacon wrapped smokies. I used two baking dishes (a 9x13 and a smaller baking dish) to be able to bake all of the little smokies without them being piled on top of each other. Spreading them out ensures the bacon cooks evenly. 
If you prefer to add a toothpick, you can add one to each little smoky after wrapping it in bacon.
